wa arm dam tired did 100 sit ups,60 front push ups,20 back push up,monkey back n forth,pull up 10 times n paraller bar so dam tiring arms almost break bt it has been really long since i did such vigourious exercise bt anyway i tink it quite good to hav myself doing all tis again^^ n i will stop here since i have nth to rite^^BYE!^^
